Welcome to UPRIZE - The Biggest Tech Event in India organized by Vostad Labs. By registering for and participating in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Attendance

1.1. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

1.2. Registration Fee: The registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in Section 3.

1.3. Admission: Vostad Labs reserves the right to refuse admission to any participant for any reason.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1. Behavior: All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

2.2. Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws, venue regulations, and event policies.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify Vostad Labs in writing. Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 30 days before the event.

3.2. Cancellation by Organizer: Vostad Labs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event at its discretion. If the event is canceled, registered participants will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, participants may choose to attend on the new date or receive a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Content: All content presented at the event, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, is the property of Vostad Labs or its licensors. Participants may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Vostad Labs.

5. Liability

5.1. Personal Property: Vostad Labs is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property belonging to participants.

5.2. Injury: Participants attend the event at their own risk. Vostad Labs will not be liable for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the event.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Data Collection: By registering for the event, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.2. Photography and Recording: The event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and you grant Vostad Labs the right to use such media for promotional purposes.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Amendments: Vostad Labs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants.

7.2. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

By registering for and attending UPRIZE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
